You presumably just hold a plank for 20 seconds, rest for 10, hold the plank for 20 more seconds, rest for 10, and so forth for 8 rounds which will take 4 minutes.

Tabata applied to isometrics doesn't make any sense at all the more I think about it. Anyone more knowledgeable want to comment?
