Hey Markus. Pre-existing shoulder injuries are tough to work with. I can understand your frustration. My suggestion would be to seek out medical professionals who can help you understand the limitations and prognosis of your shoulder issue. If you can understand what you're capable of doing at this time, you can work to scale your WODs around your abilities so that you're training safely.
