I'd be doing a complete warmup prior to this though,

Dynamic stretch + handwalking practice + MCFWU x (1-3) rounds

I hope I'll be warm ebough eheh

@Tom:

I'm really not sure about the DL being Higher then the squat. The squat is an exercise have been doing ( with lower weigth but solid form) for quite a long time now ( It was in my oldskool BB style workout prior to Crossfit). And the DL is pretty new.

I saw that generally people would have higher DL then BS, But I'll eventually get to this point, perhaps tonite?
