30 Muscle Ups
After nearly pulling a Rugby goal down and freezing to death i decided to do this WOD in the gym.
After taking about 15 minutes to complete 8 Muscle ups as only just managed my first one last week , my right elbow started giving me more and more pain so i switched to the chins and dips.
8 Muscle ups
22 x 4 chins then 4 ring dips = 42.19
This i know is very slow but it was more like a war for me to get through. Next time muscle ups come up though i will be much more ready for them.
