400m repeats for 2 miles, 2 min rest
All 8 laps were 1:30 - I need to shorten the rest to a 1:1 next time
Weighted Chins - 50x5, 75x5, 75x5, 70x5
Deadlift - 135x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x5
Finished with lots of painful stretching, including both front and side split work, and foam rolling.
