I am 37 years old, an architect, father of two.
5'-11", 214 lbs (last weigh-in more than a month ago).

I just started running after a long hiatus (years) and have been managing 2 or 3 4-6k runs per week. Usually 3. I like running, but it also happens to be the simplest thing to dive into. Also, because I run when I would normally be walking the dog, it doesn't take any time out of my day.
I was only pointed to the site a week or so ago, and I have been reading a bit. But there's a lot more material for me to browse.
If there's anything I am looking for, I think it would be weight-free workouts -- anything you kind folks could show me in that vein would be appreciated.
