All mobility work today.
Did a few hip mobility drills, then moved onto a solid 45 minutes of thoracic mobility stuff. Even this morning, my spine feels like jello. Good times.
I'm making it a goal of mine to do some intense T-spine stuff every.single.day. Mostly because I never seem to stick to it. We'll see how it goes.
Tonight I have to come up with some sort of conditioning work out. I'm thinking something with kettlebells.
