Yeah... funny enough, even though I would kill a man to see my abs for the first time ever, I actually got it to help out my lower back.
I've always had tight hips, and really crappy "core" strength (I think I just vomitted in my mouth a little by saying "core")... and also had a little lower back tightness when I slept. Found out that this combo is particularly bad for your back (Anterior Pelvic Tilt), and lo and behold, strengthening my abs has helped a ton in just a few weeks.
I get borderline rhabdo when I use the ab wheel, but it's all good.
