Advice on Running
I have a guy I have been helping along for awhile and his running form is, well not the best. Does anyone have any advice on how to help him with form? He's tall with long legs so he should be able to stride it out, but he shuffles to the point of almost speed walking. I was thinking maybe starting with sprints so that he can have his body learn how to stretch it out and then start increasing the distance till he finds that nice rhythm and not shuffling. I am open to all suggestions.
