I think I have 90 more days left of my 100 day No Alky challenge. I'm not sure I'll make it that long, but I will get through this month! I am not really missing it, YET.
And I sure feel good!
I went to a Paleo Potluck last night, and this morning I had leftover this for breakfast. It was really good! From one of my gym-mates:
I like oatmeal! So, I substituted butternut squash and it is delicious! I cut up the butternut squash in to chunks and boiled it for 20 minutes. Then I mashed it up, added flax seeds, blueberries and bananas. I love it!
