I know the Zone is big on having P/C/F at every meal so I figured Paleo may be along the same ways as well.
So chicken and veggies for lunch and that's it.
And if I want to add fat just use olive oil instead?
Can I add almonds some days (1oz serving with the meal) to shake things up a bit or to calorie dense for weight loss.
I do CF 3-4 days a week and swim (not hardcore laps though) with the wife (pregnancy) 2-3 nights a week.
