Don't forget that chicken contains fat! No need to add fat sources - this isnt the zone
Meat and veg is fine for lunch, (Grass-fed beef would be the best meat choice)
Though if you want to add fat, add an avocado or some olive oil or coconut oil etc.
...this is just what I've taken from Robb Wolf's podcasts anyway (I'm certainly no expert)
