yeah, though why the egg white? ...just eat the whole egg.
I was having 2 slices of bacon and 3 eggs scrambled in the bacon grease, and an apple.
This week I'm just having 4 eggs scrambled with a little butter (Kerry Gold - grass fed pasturised etc), and an apple.
Depends on your goals regarding nuts etc - I'm trying to lose fat so I've dropped the nuts (as it were) to see if that helps.
