Too much legs?
so im still in rehab for my elbows (ulnar nerve problems from too many reps) =/ been 10 weeks now.
so, been focusing on my leg workouts.
right now im trying a SS type workout consisting of a warm up on the bike/stair climbing then to squats. 10 reps to warm, then 5x5 heavy as i can.
im doing this M W F. and increasing 5-10lbs per workout
on tues and thurs ive been either biking or hiking. (not a lot, maybe 30 min interval training on bike and 6-8 mile hikes)
is this too much work for the legs to recover from?
