I will agree with Steven. And the point Lincoln made is what I tell anyone who discusses the use of isolation movements. A CF-er has no use for isolation movements in my opinion.

I haven't touched a machine or an isolation movement in a long time and any "lagging" body parts for me have not been an issue - CF has helped me fix them through functional movement.
