, were you doing sprawls instead of Burpees?
My time ended up being 6:50.......not to bad, I was going strong till I hit #30 and then I slowed down big time, plus I was working on form. Throw form out the window and my time might of been in the 5 minute range.
What a nice quick little WOD to finish up the week. I'm going to do 100 burpees for time in a week or so to see where I stand on that.
