In terms of total strength I'd definately say I've lost a little. But on the main lifts I still maintain or have gotten better. At the same time though I'm also conditioned for once. In college I was in my best condition. Up to a couple of years ago I was my strongest. Right now I'm not the strongest I've ever been or in the best condition but put together I have never been better.
