I have a magical idea that will solve a lot of your problems. STOP selling product you don't have in stock until you have proven you can deliver on preorders in a timely fashion. Running sales for preorder items is ridiculous when it has been proven that your estimated dates are usually way off and people have had to wait way longer.
It's been the same song and dance for a long time.
Totally Agree, just like the illegal drug business, you better not be fronting on product you don't have.
