A month ago today I messed up my right hand on squat cleans. I somehow managed to catch my right elbow on my knee when I dropped to catch the weight. This created the undesirable situation where my right hand caught all the weight on my fingertips. I don't know how far my hand bent back but it wasn't very usable for a few days.
It's a month later now and the hand feels fine but it still hurts to bend back, such as during cleans and hspu's. What's the right way to fix this? Leave the hand alone and let it heal or work on stretching it. I've been stretching it indirectly through push ups and other exercises but I worry that I just may be aggrivating the injury.
