always makes me feel like i have to puke!
totaly burns me and need an 30min nap when i get home!
makes me so tired the 8min walk home takes 15min!
the GHD sit ups make sneezing painfull for 5 days!
i cant seem to figure out the kipping thing in the pulll up and just pull my legs up realy fast to make up for it!
that everyone looks at me cez i'm on my *** calling for my mommy after WODs!
think i'm going to stick with it though...
