How much is enough? On the WOD rest days should i do light exercise or just chill for the day. LAst week(Wednesday) i did an upper body workout (as part of my course) on my WOD rest day and wrestled the best i have in months that evening but by Saturday i was stuffed.
Sunday REST rocked around again, i slept in and did nothing other than ride my bike to work.
So what do you guys recommend in relation to rest
