Rest a minimum of 4 minutes. If you want the information on it look up Coach Barry Ross, his theories on the recupritave quality of 4+ minutes of rest after a max single are very interesting. Basically it states that anything under that amount of time is not giving you the most out of your rest, you are feeling rested but you really aren't rested, because the energy in your body rebounds after 4+ minutes to s omething like 95/8% of what it used to be, then after that rep 94/7% and so on. Look him up it's very interesting stuff.
