?? huh.
I thought your setup was ok w/shoulders; lead w/chest, always good to keep your chest out/up (better cue than shoulders back is chest out/up, automatically tighten your back). Pull your knees back, pull the bar back into you with your lats at the same time. Should contact your thigh at some point.
