No. You are moving 35% more weight the same distance...so you are doing 35% more work. Which is why most of the wods are geared towards smaller guys (almost all have bodyweight components).
FWIW...distance traveled isnt always the same on pullups (or anything else)
I'm 6'6" 215 (trying to get heavier everyday)...when I'm doing a pullup I have to move my heavier weight much farther than someone of more typical height (assuming they have typical arm length). Beyond the Whiteboard will do these calculations for you.
