I rested all day as I rode the train to Portland. I did use the CoC Trainer: R; 6, 4,(reversed) 0. L: 4,2,(reversed) 0. I need to reverse that grip trainer more often. It's a completely different exercise.
I am looking forward to some good running workouts up here in their parks. I also have a complementary 24 Hr Fitness membership the first three days of my stay, which I will put to good use.
