Re: Being sore
Soreness can come from many reasons. usually from things like training hard after a lay off/or new to exercise. Introducing new exercises, upping the intensity, heavy eccentric work, etc etc etc. The pain comes from micro damage done to the muscle fibres that then leak cell contents. the immune system then goes to clean this up and results in inflammation. As mentioned earlier fish oil should help with this as will propper diet. But in the end sometimes u get sore no matter what so time and rest is whats needed. But just cause u dont wake up sore doesn't mean it wasn't a good workout.
