Canned of pink salmon, not sure how much. Maybe 6-7oz? Lettuce, lots of it. Anchovies, 2tbsp olive oil, 2/3 tbsp sesame oil, red cabbage, a little bit of shredded carrot, avocado, maybe 1/4 of a regular one, 1tbsp dijon mustard. Green tea.
Organic sunflower seeds, maybe 1/3 cup, with a little bit of honey, less than 1tsp. About 1/3 of a rather small banana. Green tea.
Turkey thigh, cress, canned spinach, ghee, butter, onion, garlic.
NOTES: I skipped breakfast today, was letting my body recover from all the crap last night. No wine and almost no fruit today.
