I noticed that the pain was the most pronounced if I stressed it in a curl type motion. Not that I do those of course. I think it might be related to the big increase in my volume of pull ups. This last cindy was the first time I was able to go through the whole 20min without my arms dieing on me and switching the assisted pullups. Though an actual pull-up doesn't seem to agitate it at all, until later.
Guess no matter what the prescription is probably the same.
