Yesterday was an impromptu rest day, but it appears to have worked in my favor for Peak Week Sumo Deadlifting.
My new max is 220#, 5# below my conventional max, which will hopefully increase in the next cycle. I hear we're "back to basics" next week (come on back squatting!).
Metcon was 50 burpees for time, jumping to a 45# plate as opposed to an overhead clap. I'm super slow at burpees. Time: 4.51
