I don't think I could feel more broken today and still have full body faculties.
Workout was a Mainpage chipper:
50 Kettlebell Swings (RKB) 1 pood
40 pullups (LB)
This took 22.31. Last time I did it with jumping pullups in 20.16. I'm dying inside.
Peak week starts tomorrow, starting with front squats.
