Run 1 mile

16:40. The 2K row was about 7:45 and the mile was about 8:30

First time doing burpees in a while...

Ran a mile after the 4:30 class..

Set up some physical therapy for my pinched nerve as well...also weighed in at about 194 with clothes yesterday. I had to be about 210 - 215 when I started to dial it in mid January. Feel much better around 190 - probably would be optimum at about 185. Not really concerned about that now though. Just want to get this disc/nerve thing squared away.
