Warm Up

15 Back extensions
15 Kettlebell swings
20 Walking lunges
10 Burpees

Deadlifts 185lbs
HSPUs (Still learning these, had not previously been able to remain upside down. By the middle of the 15 set I was actually able to unlock the elbows and eek down an inch or do and push back up. I did the last set of 9 unbroken, still only going down 2 inches or so, but it is a big improvement!)
