It's been three months since I posted an update.


PR's of note:
400m - 1:36 to 1:24
Sumo Deadlift - 315 to 345
Clean - 205 to 215
Back Squat - 225x5 to 305x1
Pull-ups - kip 5-8, butterfly 3-5

Weight - 240 to 225
Pants - 38 to 36
