If all you do are 2 handed swings for CF w/os, they would do. You also could press with them OK.
Handle too wide, too straight for optimal technique doing ballistics such as cleans, snatches, etc. Design makes it hard to "rack" the KB on your chest correctly.
do a search of kettlebell on this site for a lot of the pro/con arguements. Too long to rehash.
If you want to get into KBing, you need to work with an experienced instructor. Get multiple references if you can.
