ya gotcha , actually its funny you say that because the last week ive been feeling weaker and weaker barely making it through the heavy lifting portions of the wod. so I will try 2x fat starting today I guess, another question doc, getting all that fat must be hard ,are there any secrets to eating all that fat, 30 almonds is alot for a 5 block sitting.
