: REST day
Workout - Sun 08MAY2011
So...the intent was to do a workout, but I was extremely tired, so when the bf suggested playing basketball, I said "AIIIGHT"
So I ended up doing:
Crossfit warmup + 2 rounds of:
- 15 thrusters, 45#
- 15 burpees
then played basketball. Almost fell asleep on the court though after 45min... :S
Something made me really tired...
