This is right before I started the Paleo challenge and 3 or so weeks later. I'm still on Paleo, the only difference in weight is literally a pound. I was 154 in the before and 153 after.
Before and after CrossFit (6 months later, WFS):
I weighed 147 when I went into it (CF) and weigh 153 now. The numbers aren't as important as you'd think. If anything, worry about body fat percentage.
I thought I was going to lose weight, too...
