Kevin, If size is your main goal I'd concentrate on your BB training and follow it up with the WOD. Also, make sure you're taking in enough calories to fuel your muscles. Doing the WOD's and lots of high intensity stuff will rev up your metabolism - so eat up!
I'm not quite sure I'd agree with the "don't workout if you're sore" theory, though. the more you push your muscles the more they will adapt and grow.
