Re: Back in the Saddle
Week has been a good week. Added some supplements from At Large and can tell that I am less tired and do recover better.
Front squatted 300 (wrist was hurting from old injury) and pressed out 160 which felt good after failing other week.
Speed day was also good and I felt less tired between sets. Overall feel more "recovered" (less sore) during the week too.
Traveling next week then going to amp up the training some and add ets to the mix also.
