Hi! I am a 45 year old woman who started CF in April and have been hooked since the first week
In fact, this past summer, I chose NOT to plan any travel (I am a teacher and I LOVE to travel) as I wanted to commit to CF training as much as possible. I go 4-5 days a week. My son also comes sometimes and works out with me (he is 10!).
I have grown up playing competitive soccer since I was a kid (and still play on competitive over 40 women's team) so cardio is my strength but the weight workouts and gymnastic stuff in Crossfit really challenge me! Still, I am learning lots and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my young trainers who put their hearts and souls into our box WODs and coaching.
