This is the problem with zone. A food might count as 1 block of X nutrient, but nothing is said about the other nutrients. Eg Peanut butter counts as a fat block but also contains some protein and carbohydrates.

There realistically isn't many foods in the world that are only 1 nutrient. I did thoroughly look into zone when I began crossfit, but end up going with paleo + extras.

What are you actually trying to achieve though - lose weight, gain weight, something else? Whats your current height / weight? With this info people may be able to advise you a better course of action.
