Crossfit journal 21 vs. Fitday

I've recently combined the paleo and zone diets. I've been using the crossfit journal article located in the FAQ to stay in the zone. I just entered everything i ate today into the calculator. According to I am not in the zone. Macronutrient ratios are as follow: Protein 199g. Carbs - 206g.
Fat - 117g. 32% Protien 30% carbs 30% fat 39%. Why is the crossfit journal block chart not 'zoned' in. Does the discrepancy matter? Is this the chart the reference guide the elite crossfitters are using? Thanks.
