Keeping records of your workouts is an excellent practice. You keep more detail than I. I use one of those writing tablets with the black cover we used in Elementary school. I usually just record
1. the description of the WOD from the website
2. my results, time, load used, reps, etc.
3. Comments on how it went, if this would be WOD to try again, etc.
I also use a whiteboard to record current maxes on lifts, pull-ups and dips, and my latest scores on the 5 CrossFit tests from April CrossFit Journal.
