3 rounds for time.
8 box jumps
6 push presses 135lbs
3 Db swings 70lbs
rest for 3 minutes and repeat the cycle for another 3 rounds
1st cycle- 2:34
2nd cycle- 3:21- time slowed me up cause somebody put my db back on the rack.
wanted to do one more cycle but gym was getting more crowded so stopped and called it a day to get ready for deadlifts tomorrow.
