Tom has nailed the description! Most people are challenged by this lift but if you follow Tom's description you shouldn't have any problems.

BTW - Like Tom said, you need to go heavier on the bent press (it's also called the screw press) so that you aren't tempted to press the bell; you should think that you are 'screwing' yourself into the ground instead.
