Ori's training approach is geared towards 2 things

One, is of course, hormonal manipulation/stimulation. In the best case scenerio on the WD, your'e eating light all day then working out on empty to fire up the "survival" response. Ori describes his workouts as "giant giant sets" The goal is to go very deeply into reserves before the fuel up.

His other concept, discussed in MMMF is "super muscle" Muscle that is both strong and has great endurance.

I will continue to get Pavelized with a crossfit structure. Ori has invited me to do one of his workouts which i will definitely do next time I'm in NYC and report.
