Okay, so here's what my workout was supposed to be.

5 rounds for time:
30 wall ball (12# ball - heaviest we had)
1 rope climb, 15 ft

But, being the fatty I am, I only completed the full rope climb in round 1, so I switched to pullups after that. It looked like this.

Round 1: 30 wall ball, 1 rope climb
Round 2: 30 wall ball, half rope climb, 8 pullups
Rounds 3,4,5: 30 wall ball, 12 pullups

Time: 14:54

That was a terrible workout. Once I get down to 200 lbs I'll be much better at rope climbs. Yes I'm eating in the Zone. The stupid, stupid Zone...
