Just hit 1k tonight....
4/16 - 6/17:
deadlift: 420 - 465
backsquat: 303 - 342
press: 182 - 200
total: 905 - 1,007
The numbers on the left was the last time we did the total. Tonight was testing night so we hit it and I finally cracked a goal of mine.
I was actually guessing I would hit 210 on the press since I have already done 205+ but I think the heat, and the fact it was at the end of the night had something to do with it.
