I'm not completely sure what her goals are, last time we talked about it it was "stay healthy". I'm not really coaching her on everything, it's just some basic lifting and some short bodyweight stuff for metcon type deals. She needs to get used to bodyweight stuff and get some practice with basic movements before we start adding intensity or timing stuff. Though I will say that one of the reasons I like it is so we don't just disappear into different areas of the gym for an hour before leaving together. We're supposed to go again tonight, will see how things go then.
