Yeah I'm 14 right now, and I am around 5"10, weighing in at about 155 pounds or so. I'm looking to gain about 10 pounds. Right now I am eating about 5 or 6 egg whites a day, a lot of beef and steak, and as much fruits and vegetables as I can get. Before I was gaining weight like crazy, but now I'm not gaining as much. I don't mean to sound childish, but any suggestions as to how to get the abs to become more prominate would also be appreciated.
